I have a couple suggestions for you first of all most of the bottom lip is made just by using shading don't actually draw the line of the bottom lip, next there is a darker shadow between the nose and the mouth, the nose is a tad to long, The eyes are rendered fairly well and the corners of the mouth line up where they should be. Also there usually is a thin darker shadow along the bottom of the mouth. Its a great start. Also I would make a line on either side of your mouth a little darker because those are dominate creases on either side.

LinLin030988 Not too shabby for a first try- kinda more like a caricature (until you get used to it, a good way to begin drawing poitraits I've found is to make the picture the same size as the photo, and put them side by side, lightly sketching the outline and shading before making darker lines. The greatest challenge is making the hair and eyes realistic.. and proportions. You've got the proportions down, but you have to work on your hair and eyes.) It's an excellent first try with a poitrait- some more practice and you'll be great :D

Jbelled24 I actually think you did awesome on the shading! I can cant shade for anything!! shape your eyes a little more. try looking into a mirror and draw exactly what you see instead of using your memory for the rifst couple tries. BUt it does look really good!!
