Taulha Funny story about that statue. If mary was to stand up she would be over 7 feet tall, because she has such long legs to suppose Jesus, who is much shorter. This was suppose to be a more realistic height piece. I like how it's not fully realistic, but it has a sort of cartoon quality to it.
