This is a picture inspired by a short story by Charles de Lint, "Crow Girls". The crow girls are regular characters in his Newford stories, very much recommend people read them. Anyway, I tried to capture a wild, fey air within the girl. Two impish tricksters. All pencil.

kellyjob Interesting. Very original! I like it! I've never heard of those stories though. With this I think I'd like to check them out.

WaterSheerie The girl on the left has two eyebrow rings, and the girl on the right has a nose ring. Their names, as Charles de Lint wrote, are Maida and Zia. Though which one is which, I can't tell.
