I'm uploading the signed version of this. I really did make it, but last time I had uploaded it as soon as I finished i, and I had forgotten to sign it. I didn't think it would be that big a deal, but then I got accused of stealing this from elsewhere, of which I didn't do. So I decided to just re upload it signed ~_~. Anywho, I drew this first with pencil, then outlined in pen. Then I did the coloring and and the crapload of effects in paint shop pro 8. It took quite a bit of time ~_~.
