ive had a lot of messages about how i got the eyes that way. it is not an overlay of an outer space picture. i edited the eyes on the pixel level, adding lighter shades to make it appear that they sparkle. as the finishing touch. i used the lightning picture tube inside each one. If you use Paint Shop Pro, u know what i'm talking about. any more questions, leave me a comment :] |
