this is a portrait of christina aguilera during her stripped era. A part of my class work, a charcoal drawing. the aim was to apply tones to show the understanding of shading, thus i rested on the detailing part. I'm pretty new to charcoal hence i'm really happy with the results. the pose in the reference seems as though she is engaging her telepathic powers. Relating to telepathy, i feel that her performances she does really connects with the audience, emotive.
